I’ve found that the longer you do this smutlancing thing, the more your mentors become your peers.
Whether you’re looking for a peer or a mentor (or both!), I’m excited to announce a new collaboration to help you level up, learn new things, and reach your goals.
Announcing the Smutlancers Patreon
I’ve partnered with the fabulous Molly Moore (of Molly’s Daily Kiss and the Director of Operations of Eroticon) to provide guidance, help, support, and community to any and all smutlancers. Sex bloggers, erotic photographers, erotic writers, sex and kink educators, all are welcome.

Why am I doing this with Molly?
One, she’s a mentor who became my peer and close friend. She’s been blogging for a decade and is an amazing erotic photographer, writer, and event organizer. She understands the world of sex blogging better than nearly everyone I know; I still learn things from her all the time.
Two, we can help more people as a team and offer more perspectives together. We agree on quite a bit, but we also have our own way of doing things. It’s not always easy to live the smutlancing life when you’re strapped for cash. But it’s important to invest in your own education and business when you can.
We’ve designed the tiers on Patreon to offer real value regardless of your financial means. If you’re dead broke and can’t afford to join, the content here on the Smutlancer website and the Eroticon blog will continue to be freely available to help you out. The Smutlancer podcast will be coming back soon (look for an upcoming announcement about that soon, too!), and it will be packed with more information than before.
If you’ve got the cash to invest in your future and your smutlancing goals, pick the tier that fits your budget and your needs:
Smutlancer Love: $1 per month
You’re showing your appreciation for our work and will have access to whatever we post on Patreon. This is a great place to request topics for either the Smutlancer or Eroticon websites, or ask questions that may become blog posts or podcast topics in the future.
We’re All Smutlancers Here: $5 per month
At this level, you get access to a Smutlancers-only Slack channel. You can ask questions of your peers and us. Molly and I will check in as often as we can to answer questions and to chat. This is the place where you talk to other people who have similar goals…and similar frustrations and questions.
Group Chatty Smutlancers: $10 per month
In this tier, you get access to the Smutlancers Slack channel PLUS you can attend a monthly group Skype chat with Molly, myself, and everyone else in this tier. We’ll answer questions or discuss a pre-set topic (and you can ask questions about that, too!).
Smutlancer Solo Help: $25 per month
You’re with us on Slack and on Skype, but you need help specific to your goals. This tier is where you get that. Each month you’re a paying patron at this level, you get 30 minutes — on Skype, in DMs, wherever you’re comfortable — with Molly or myself to focus on your questions. Get the help you need with your blog, your book, your writing, setting goals, whatever you need. Our advice will be tailored to you.
Smutlancing Duo: $50 per month
This is our top tier, and you get everything already listed with one special bonus. Instead of just a 30 minute solo session, you get both of us for an hour. Be prepared — if you say you want our honest opinion, that’s exactly what you’ll get. But it’s all to help you reach your goals!
